Local people, small groups, real Patagonia.

ChileTour Patagonia has been running W Trek programs since 2012. We're a Puerto Natales family business — we own the hotel, we run the treks, we know this park.

A local operator in a world of resellers

Most W Trek packages you find online are sold by agencies in Santiago, Buenos Aires, or overseas — they resell to a local operator in Puerto Natales, who runs the actual program. We are that local operator, and you book directly with us.

That means better prices, better communication, and a team that knows the park in all seasons. When the weather changes mid-trek — and it will — our guide's decision is based on 10+ years of experience on these trails, not a script from a booking platform.

We've run over 600 group programs and maintain a 4.9-star rating across all review platforms. We're proud of that, and we intend to keep it.

🏔
We know every trail
Our guides have walked every route in Torres del Paine hundreds of times. They know where conditions change first, which crossings to avoid in heavy rain, and where the best views are at each hour of the day.
🏡
We own the accommodation
Garden Domes in Puerto Natales is our own boutique hotel. Your first and last nights are with us — not a contracted third party. It changes the quality of care you experience at either end of the trek.
🍖
We run El Brisket
Our restaurant on Huerto Street has become a Puerto Natales institution. The welcome dinner and celebratory pizza night aren't just meals — they're part of the experience, and they're ours.
👥
Max 8 per group
We cap every departure at 8 guests. Not 12, not 16. Small groups move faster on the trail, eat together at the refugios, and leave a lighter footprint. Most guests say this is what made their trip.
🌿
Environmental care
No single-use plastics in camp. We support the Torres del Paine park maintenance fund and keep group sizes small to reduce trail impact. Patagonia is worth protecting, and that shapes how we operate.
📱
Real communication
You have a WhatsApp line to our team for the entire duration of your trek. Not a chatbot, not a call centre. A person in Puerto Natales who knows your group and your itinerary.

Garden Domes — where your trek begins and ends

Garden Domes is ChileTour's boutique hotel on the edge of Puerto Natales — 15 Tiny House rooms each with private bathroom, floor-to-ceiling windows, and direct views of the mountains or the Natales inlet.

It's where your welcome dinner happens, where your gear gets sorted for the park, and where you collapse after the catamaran ride back. It's also the base for our operations team — vans, gear, and guides all depart from here.

We're 8 minutes from the Puerto Natales bus terminal and 20 minutes from the park entrance by van. When you stay here, you're staying with the operator.
